Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa Gros Islet

I stayed here 7 nights and I loved it. The room was air-conditioned and new-fashioned, had smoke detectors for the safety. Buffet breakfast provided in the bar.

The room was air conditioned and neat, and with a magnificent view at sunset.

Its personnel was caring and well-trained, nothing too much trouble. The outdoor restaurant served a wide range of delightful food.

The place was pleasant and had attentive staff especially the receptionists, loved the stay. The room was airy and well-appointed in general, with a balcony and seaview.

It has great staff and location for a very very good stay on vacation.

Really comfortable stay, we had all essentials. Everything was perfect, beautiful location right on the splendid Reduit beach, the staff were polite!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this restful and air conditioned hotel. Loved staff and location, comfy beds, the property itself was impeccably clean. Modern interior, fantastic restaurant. There was Jacques Waterfront Dining walking distance to the hotel.

The views were awful.

Pleasant location; genuine staff. The local beach was near the hotel. Brilliant view of garden. The food was decent, we loved the American breakfast...

Immaculately clean place with BRILLIANT staff. The hotel itself was in a safe area, not far from the slides and great restaurants and a beautiful waterfall. Speedy check-in.

Exceptional location and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. I really enjoyed a standard decor and dark furniture. Efficient check in and late check out. A tidy beach, splendid view.

Gorgeous location, fairly clean, comfortable bed, outstandingly accommodating staff. Our deluxe queen room was fantastic and cosy, had gaden view. The bathroom was large with a bath. Easy to relax in hotel and welcoming service.

Facilities were perfect, however wifi was very poor.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was vacation base for exploring Gros Islet, enjoyed it. Nice views were a bonus! They had excellent breakfast with a huge variety of items to choose from.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with the view of the sea. Our kudos go to chef for the hospitality! It was adjacent to Reduit Beach. The breakfast is more than great.

We tried some restaurants, including Chic which boasted a wonderful cuisine. Staff was FRIENDLY and we enjoyed our stay. We booked it before and recommend it to everyone.
